Interesting article. Another thing to watch for with constant stress is reduced immune function that often shows itself in the form of colds. Having colds to frequently is a good indicator that an otherwise healthy person may be facing too much stress.

Hi,
My google alert for HFCS picked up your artice. Good advice presented.
Here's another reason to avoid HFCS, especially HFCS-55 used to sweeten beverages (soda, lemonade,
flavored teas, and, ironically, sports quenchers). HFCS-55 (55%fructose: 45% glucose) appears to have a similar fructose:glucose ratio as table sugar, sucrose, 50:50, but it does not. 55/45=1.22 That means that everytime a teenager chugs a Coke, Pepsi, or Gatorade his liver is reaping the health "benefits" of 22% extra fructose, compared to glucose. For the life of me I can't fathom why the food wizards at Cargill didn't choose HFCS-50 for beverages. At least that would have mimicked sucrose. Perhaps they found out that HFCS-55 was a little sweeter, a little more addictive.

After having such nasty side-effects from lipodissolve I found out that I love mesotherapy! I lost 4 inches in 8 weeks around my waist and 1.5 inches around my arms. The only side effect was bruising that would last maybe a week (I was given high strength Arnica to help with this recovery). Dr. Jain took the time to explain the difference between his technique and the one I had before. I would recommend Rejuvena to anyone!

This was the most successful diet I have tried and the easiest to stick to as well. It was really exciting seeing about a pound come off almost daily during the first 23 days!!!Most diets I have tried I would gain back everthing I lost but it has been 3 months and have only gained back 1-2 pounds and that is because I could since I lost more than even expected! The doctors I work with have a special food sensitivity diet that they do as part of the program that identifys foods you are sensitive too that may have been putting weight on you all along, and if you know which ones to avoid it makes it easier to not gain extra weight back. The injections were super easy too! I was really worried about that because I am so pain sensitive but honestly it is nothing at all to worry about. I could pinch myself and it would hurt more, they are done with TINY needles. I had more energy on this diet also! If I ever have to do any sort of diet again this is the only one I will ever do, because when you research it this it's the only one that makes sense! I am very happy with my success with this diet and would reccomend it to anyone! You will believe it when you see it-actually when you're not seeing so much of it- if you know what I mean!!!

I am in phase 2 of the hcg diet and it has worked wonders! I lost 8 pounds and over 6 inches during the first 3 weeks. It was so simple to do and contrary to what people might think, I wasn't hungry at all. In fact, I had a ton of energy. I would highly recommend this diet to anyone.

As the richest country in the world it is a shame that we spend more than other country, yet are still listed #32 in the world for overall health care by the World Health Organization! Why don't we dedicate any of this spending towards preventative medicine?
